I like the Encona Extra Hot in the smaller bottle actually.
I like Ribman's, especially 'Holy Mother of God' but there is way too much sugar in all three of them for me. Still nice though.
I like Blair's (not that one) as my default sauces of choice though. Try every sauce I come across but these are still my favourite. Particularly Pure Death and After Death. There are hotter ones, like Ultra Death, but those two are the tastiest proper hot ones for me (http://extremefood.com/)

I've got hold of a bottle each of The Rib Man's sauces: 'Holy Fuck', 'Christ on a bike' and 'Holy mother of god'.
All have good heat, real chilli content and decent consistency so I'm pleased, but they all taste way to sweet, whcih can only mean too much sugar added (greatest ingredient after chillis, water and oil).
Anyone else got these sauces?

I make my own as well, its not difficult.
I pour it into a ice cream container and keep it in the freezer, each batch lasts a year and its better than the bottled stuff

I was going to add a "make your own as and when you need it" suggestion - need a decent (DECENT) mortice & pestle though, none of your designer shop bollocks.
Failing that, have a word with anybody you know travelling to/from a country where spicier food is the norm and ask them to slip a few bottles/jars back.

I like a good mixture of taste, spice and heat. My cupboard is stocked with Encona, Nando's and Tabasco, or a cheaper equivalent that works just as well.
Anything else is too tasteless, too salty or too overpowering.

they do 64 but they tend to take a dim veiw if you start testing it in shop so worth asking here first!

I bought some in a shop in Kathmandu, came in a bottle about 8 inches high livid green in colour.
Fuck me dead was it hot, blew my fucking balls off!!
I later discovered it is in fact an Indian made product exported to Nepal and I have since found it in Sainsburys, Tunbridge Wells
Uncle Lard sorts yer problems.....
